On 1 October 2022, Tim Baasch, Katharina Rehberg and Carolin Town joined the management of UXMA GmbH & Co. KG and were granted procuration. They will therefore play an even greater role in shaping the company's business and organisational development in the future, especially in software development and key accounting.

The two Software Domain Leads Tim Baasch, at UXMA since 2012, and Carolin Town, at UXMA since 2016, have expanded and decisively shaped the field of software development and distinguished themselves through responsible and successful management of large, agile software projects. Key Account & Project Manager Katharina Rehberg has been with the company since 2021 and has extensive know-how in international multi-project management, which she combines with a high level of customer orientation.
