Your Tasks

  • Together with our sales and marketing team, you will actively develop our sales activities, always with our customers in mind.
  • Networking and building business relationships are a main part of your daily work.
  • Your focus is the new customer business with active consideration of the market, the industries and trends.
  • From the analysis of market, customer and competitor data, you derive concrete measures and options for action through strategic planning.
  • Inbound marketing, sales and CRM systems are your work tools.
  • You convince our potential customers with the passionate presentation of our service portfolio and our way of working and motivate them to conclude a contract.

Your Profile

  • You sell with emotion, passion and lots of positive energy.
  • Appreciation and respect are an essential part of your service mentality, and you deal with possible rejections constructively.
  • You think and act economically and have a feel for target groups and trends.
  • People appreciate you as an active listener with great interest in the other person.
  • It goes without saying that you appear appropriate to the customer profile and you know the topics, concerns and needs of the customers.
  • You know how to network and make friendly contacts.
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in key accounting for large medium-sized companies up to global players.
  • Your professional self-image includes business fluent German skills, both spoken and written (ideally also in English), willingness to travel and the use of modern IT equipment and tools.
