You are part of our highly agile team and develop digital products and touchpoints for customers of different industries and sizes - from smart and mobile consumer products to complex industrial plants. You are involved in the entire user experience design process, analyze user needs, create customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, user tests and complete visual designs. As a UX/UI Designer (m|f|x) you always have an eye on the big picture as well as the details to ensure a coherent overall picture. During product realization you are in constant contact with our software developers (m|w|x). Ideally, you speak the developer's language and have know-how about agile development methods.

Your Tasks

  • You develop digital products and touchpoints for companies in different industries and sizes - from smart and mobile consumer products to complex industrial plants.
  • You think in a user-centric and conversion-optimized way and consider concept developments as iterative processes in order to continuously develop digital products (sustainably) in an interdisciplinary and agile exchange.
  • You analyze user needs and create customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, user tests and complete visual designs.

Your Profile

  • You have experience in the development of user interfaces/mobile applications.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of UX methods, user-centric ways of thinking, usability and design trends.
  • Your knowledge of current design and prototyping tools is very good.
  • Ideally, you have experience in teamwork with frontend developers and agile development methods.
  • Ideally, you can demonstrate project management experience and are willing to take on responsibility.
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
