Best Workplace Award

Kununu and the Industrieverband Büro und Arbeitswelt e.V. (IBA) have set themselves the task of honoring employers with excellent working conditions and have created the “Best Workplace Award” for this purpose. Award-winning companies give issues such as well-being and sustainable employee satisfaction highest priority. At this year’s “Best Workplace Award” ceremony for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, UXMA was awarded third place in the “Small & Medium-Sized Companies” category and fourth place in the special “Best Hybrid Working” category.

UXMA – The (Work)place to be

Flexible working, permanent contracts, compact core working hours, hybrid work, training budget, 30 vacation days, individual working time models, height-adjustable desks, bike leasing, team events – the list of our benefits is long and gets longer every day. But it is more than the sum of our benefits that makes UXMA a Best Workplace. Rather, the appreciative UXMA culture is what makes our unique work atmosphere possible and enables its employees to freely explore their potential. What our team, from managing director to working student, has been living for over 35 years is clearly reflected in our Kununu ranking and the Best Workplace Award 2022. The additional award in the special category Best Hybrid Working confirms our great commitment to offering all employees ideal conditions, also with regard to mobile working.

Receiving the Best Workplace Award 2022 is a huge compliment for our entire team! Together we are constantly developing our company on all levels to create the best UXMA ever.
