The main challenge is to integrate accessibility into the development process as a self-understandable component and to design products to be accessible in the long term.

Evaluation

Using the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), we take a close look at the accessibility of your product. Before we start the analysis, we advise you and determine together which focus makes sense for your case. Depending on which of the criteria apply to the product, which restrictions are in focus and which conformity level you are aiming for, the scope of the selected criteria will vary.

We will of course provide you with a clear summary of the findings of our accessibility analysis. We highlight weaknesses and strengths and formulate potential for improvement. The overview is also useful for internal communication and finding solutions.

Based on the analysis and findings, we recommend the next steps to be taken.

Enablement

We will give you a general introduction to accessibility. We focus on challenges and opportunities, the WCAG and its impact on design, software development and the development of digital products.

Have you already developed specific concepts and designs to make your product as accessible as possible, but need a second opinion? We will be happy to assist you.

If you have a software development design team that you want to train, we are the right people for the job. Our designers and developers deal intensively with the topic and can pass on their expertise to your team.

Testing

The experts in our UX Lab have the right method for every question. With the help of the tests, they identify strengths, weaknesses and potential for improvement that users with disabilities encounter during operation.

We compile the findings from the tests in a clear evaluation. Based on the results, we also make recommendations for action for your product.

Deliver

You are at the start of the project and want to incorporate accessibility directly into your designs and software. Then you can rely on our expertise. We can take on an advisory role and give you specific feedback, e.g. on the choice of colors, typography or the technical requirements for your software. You can also hand over the design role to us completely and we will take over the design and development for you.

If we are looking at an existing product, this module assumes that an accessibility analysis has already been carried out. We work with you to successfully eliminate the obstacles identified. We revise the interface and optimize digital accessibility.
