Our quality policy forms the basis for systematic quality management and supports our striving for continuous further development.

Part of UXMA DNS is the constant questioning of our own processes and continuous improvement in the interests of our customers. We strive for the continuous development of all employees, our domains and our overall organization. In projects, we define quality according to requirements and project goals.

Our Process

We want to rethink products for people and make complexity tangible.

With our UX-driven way of working, we abandoned traditional process models early on and rely on close, interdisciplinary collaboration between design and development in a product team.

Certification

For continuous improvement, the UXMA quality management system was fundamentally revised in 2017 and certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 in 2018.

After a thorough audit and assessment, TÜV NORD CERT GmbH decided to certify UXMA's management system in accordance with the German DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The independent testing body confirms that the internal processes and the organization are compliant with the certification requirements and continuously monitors them for conformity.

Quality Management System

  • Customer Satisfaction

    The annual survey of measured values such as Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) not only enables quality targets to be derived, but also allows internal and external perceptions of customer satisfaction to be compared.

    Employee Satisfaction

    Team feedback is collected annually via a voluntary and anonymous online survey. The aim of the survey is to identify potential for improvement and provide scope for specific suggestions for improvement.

  • Internal Audits

    Internal process and project audits are carried out regularly. Processes in all areas of the company are audited in an honest exchange and potential for improvement is identified.

  • Risk Management

    Risk management enables us to systematically identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities and derive suitable measures. It is an integral part of strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Further development for employees

The knowledge and skills of our employees are our foundation for the successful realization of projects. In order to be equipped for the requirements of the future, we strive for continuous further development of all team members and actively support this. As an organizational framework, an Evolve budget is made freely available to everyone and a feedback meeting is held at least once a year, which can provide impetus for personal development and evaluate the success of past measures. In combination with the requirements of ongoing projects, all employees develop and implement personal development measures.
