On May 1, 2022, Christoph Eichhorn was promoted to the management of UXMA GmbH & Co. KG and appointed as Managing Director. In the future, he will play an even greater role in shaping and developing the company's focus. His areas of responsibility at UXMA include, above all, strategic orientation and professional development in design.

"I have already been able to accompany the development and expansion of our service portfolio in recent years. All the more reason for me to now be actively involved in shaping the growth and further technical and methodological professionalization - especially in design - as part of the management team," says Christoph Eichhorn. "With our development approach of UX-driven development and the expansion and addition of specific expertise, we are on the right track to work even more holistically, innovatively and radically. Real change and true transformation in our complex world works when excellence meets courage. Our transdisciplinary learning, thinking and acting will make an even greater difference to project success for our customers here in the future."

Christoph Eichhorn has been working for UXMA since 2014 and was granted Prokura in 2019. From day one, he has been driving the topics of Human Centered Design and UX-driven Development with great commitment and in-depth expertise. His skills in multi-project management, agile approaches and in thinking up UX strategies make Christoph a fundamental pillar of the company's success.

"We are convinced that now is the right time to appoint Christoph Eichhorn to the management of UXMA GmbH & Co. KG, especially to strengthen and further expand the
UX / Design division," says Michael Arpe, managing owner of UXMA, about the decision.

Together with the management team around Michael Arpe and Susanne Arpe-Darwisch, Christoph Eichhorn is responsible for the strategic advancement of UXMA's holistic service portfolio.
